| defend yourself. You seem to be a pretty cool dude and have a lot of supporters. I have never ordered from you, but I would consider it if Coz died or something. I can understand the starting up part of a business is a nightmare and can get too deep too quick. You seem to know your stuff though and people like that. IMO when you read a bad post, you should break your neck to contact THAT person and try and make it right. When you post a new response on here to defend yourself and get hammered by the usuals, it is just one more post someone finds when they search for your name to decide if they should buy from you. Take care of the customer, don't let it happen again, provide great service and all these things will be forgotten and a thing of the past. Maybe that is just me though. Good luck either way.
